Access

The Citymapper application provides up to date information regarding local transportation. 

From the trainstation: 

By tramway:

  • Tramway line C, F stop Observatoire 

By bus:

  • Bus route n°2, stop Marne

By bike, walk, or cab:

Several Vélhop (metropolitan bike) stations are located around the trainstation and the conference venue. Check in advance the availability your preferred option. By foot, the conference venue is located 45 minutes from the trainstation and approximately 25 minutes from the city centre.

 

Accommodation

You will find a wide range of accommodation options in Strasbourg, whether in the city centre, near the train station, or close to the campus, depending on your preferences and budget.

Expected schedule

The conference program will be available in April. 

A welcome reception is expected for participants arriving in Strasbourg by the evening of Tuesday, May 5. The conference will begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 6 and close around 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 7. The social diner is scheduled for Wednesday evening.
