Fees and registration

Online registration for the conference will be open from early March to March 31, 2026 (until noon, CET).

Conference fees

• 105 euros for PhD students and post-doctoral fellows, including 20 euros for AFÉPOP membership.
• 210 euros for faculty and professionals, including 40 euros for AFÉPOP membership.

AFÉPOP membership is mandatory for all participants. Participants who are already AFÉPOP members will receive a personal registration link waiving the membership fee.

The registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions, conference material, coffee breaks, lunches, and social events.

All participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. AFÉPOP aims to support PhD candidates facing financial constraints through a few budget-dependent travel grants (up to €300), subject to justification.

Registration of accepted papers will require the following steps: 

1. Fill out the registration form on sciencesconf ;
2. Submit the registration fees for the conference via Helloasso

CANCELLATIONS

No refunds will be issued.
